Iceland Bondco receives consents to amend notes due 2025, 2028

Buffalo, N.Y., April 6 – Iceland Bondco plc received the requisite consents to amend its 4 5/8% senior secured notes due 2025 (ISIN: XS1681806326, XS1681810781) and its 4 3/8% senior secured notes due 2028 (ISIN: XS2304198331, XS2304223543), according to a notice on Thursday.

Per the notice, the issuer received approval for all of the proposed changes, postponements and waivers sought.

The company was seeking consents to delay the due date for furnishing audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31. The company intends to file the statements by Sept. 30.

Iceland needs more time because it is adopting International Reporting Financial Standards for the first time and needs more time to work with its auditors.

As previously reported, no consideration will be paid to consenting holders.
