Schaeffler’s IHO calls 3 5/8 %/4 3/8% PIK toggle notes due 2025

Lexington, Ky., April 6 – IHO Verwaltungs GmbH issued a notice of full redemption for its €800 million 3 5/8 %/4 3/8% senior secured PIK toggle notes due 2025 (ISINs: XS2004438458, XS2004438532), according to a notice.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 15.

Interest will cease to accrue on and after the redemption date.

Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee.

Notes called for redemption must be surrendered to the paying agent Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch.

The Herzogenaurach, Germany-based company manufactures and sells precision components and systems for the automotive and industrial sectors worldwide. IHO is a subsidiary of Schaeffler Verwaltungs GmbH.
