Centurion formally calls notes due 2024 for early redemption
Chicago, March 20 – Singapore’s Centurion Corp. Ltd. issued a formal notice of redemption for the S$6.25 million fixed-rate notes due 2024 (ISIN: SGXF64838828), according to a notice.
The company had indicated that it intended to redeem the notes early in a December notice.
The company will redeem the notes at par plus interest to the April 12 redemption date.
DBS Trustee Ltd. is the trustee.
Centurion, formerly known as SM Summit Holdings Ltd., is a workers accommodation provider based in Singapore.
