Bank of Georgia buys back $2.4 million more notes due 2023

Buffalo, N.Y., March 20 – Bank of Georgia Group plc announced that subsidiary JSC Bank of Georgia repurchased $2.4 million of its notes due July 26, 2023 (ISIN: XS1405775880).

After the buyback, the bank holds $140,834,000, or 64%, of the 2023 notes.

The Tbilisi, Georgia-based retail lender originally issued the notes in July 2016.
