Geophysical Substrata exchanges $266 million 8¼% notes due 2023

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 27 – Geophysical Substrata Ltd. exchanged $266 million of notes through an offer that started Feb. 8, according to a notice.
On a one-to-one basis, the company offered new 8¼% senior notes due Feb. 27, 2028 (ISIN: XS2586740818) for its previously existing 8% senior notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS1924304618).
The offer expired at 11 a.m. ET on Feb. 22.
The new notes were issued Feb. 27 and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange effective Feb. 28.
Phillip Securities Pte. Ltd. is the dealer manager, and Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the tabulation and exchange agent.
