Kistefos to call senior bonds at par on Jan. 30

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 13 – Kistefos AS will exercise its call option for the remaining outstanding amount of its senior bond issue (ISIN: NO0010850654) with ticker KIST06 PRO, according to multiple sources.

The redemption will be at par plus interest on Jan. 30.

Nordic Trustee AS is the trustee.

The buyback is funded with proceeds from a new senior bond issue which priced Jan. 13.

According to the new offer document, the company also repurchased concurrent with the new issue NOK 945.7 million of its outstanding bond issue with ticker KISTOC PRO and NOK150 million of its outstanding bond issue with ticker KIST07 PRO.

Kistefos is a private investment company based in Oslo.
