Pepsi-Cola Metropolitan to redeem notes due 2029, 2035

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 9 – PepsiCo, Inc. subsidiary Pepsi-Cola Metropolitan Bottling Co., Inc. will redeem all its outstanding 7% senior notes due 2029 (Cusip: 713409AC4), issued on March 8, 1999, and 5.5% notes due May 15, 2035 (Cusip: 71343PAC5), issued on May 18, 2005, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 12 at the make-whole prices called for by their indentures. Bank of New York Mellon is trustee for the 2029 notes, and Wells Fargo Bank, NA is trustee for the 2035 notes.

PepsiCo is a Purchase, N.Y.-based food and beverage company.
