Newell Brands sets redemption price for 3.85% notes at 100.002

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 17 – Newell Brands Inc. announced the price at which it will redeem its 3.85% (now 4.1%) notes due 2023 in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will redeem the notes on Oct. 19 at a make-whole price that will be $1,000.02 per $1,000 principal amount. The redemption was announced in September.

U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Newell Brands is a consumer goods company based in Hoboken, N.J.
