Endur will buy NOK 45 million of bonds at 99.425 on Oct. 3

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 29 – Endur ASA closed its brief tender offer for NOK 45 million of its senior secured bond issue maturing 2025 (ISIN: NO0010935430) on Sept. 29, according to a notice.

The company will accept offers up to and including a price of 99.425 and will buy back bonds for a nominal value of NOK 45 million on a prorated basis.

Settlement will occur Oct. 3.

Following completion of the buyback, the company will hold bonds for a total nominal amount of NOK 90,000,000 corresponding to 10% of the total outstanding nominal amount.

SpareBank 1 Markets AS acted as manager for the buyback.

The maritime company is based in Bergen, Norway, and was formerly known as Bergen Group ASA.
