Ahern Rentals terminates exchange offer for second priority notes

Chicago, Aug. 23 – Ahern Rentals, Inc. terminated the exchange offer for its 7 3/8% second priority senior secured notes due May 15, 2023 (Cusips: 008674AH6, U0085GAD1), the company said in a press release on Tuesday.

The consent solicitation that was part of the exchange offer was also terminated.

Any notes tendered in the offer will be returned to the tendering holders, and the proposed amendments in the consent solicitation will not become effective.

The offer had been extended to Aug. 31.

The original deadline was 11:59 p.m. ET on July 28.
