Inbank to redeem €6.5 million subordinated bonds on May 19

Lexington, Ky., April 14 – Estonia’s Inbank AS will redeem all its 6,503 subordinated bonds due 2026 (ISIN: EE3300110964) having a total value of €6,503,000 million on May 19, according to a company news release.

The redemption price will be €1,009.92 per bond.

Interest will also be paid.

The bonds were originally issued Sept. 28, 2016 and were callable, in whole or in part, after Sept. 28, 2021.

The record date is May 18.

The issuer is a Tallinn, Estonia-based bank.
