AnaCap plans to redeem all €307.5 million floaters due 2024 on Feb. 17

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 7 – AnaCap Financial Europe SA SICAV-RAIF issued a conditional notification of redemption for all €307.5 million outstanding senior secured floating-rate notes due 2024 (ISINs: XS1649046874, XS1649046957), according to a notice Monday.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 17 at par plus accrued interest from Feb. 1 to the redemption date plus additional amounts, if any.

Assuming a redemption date of Feb. 17, the total interest will be €683,333.33 or €2.22 per €1,000 note.

On the redemption date interest and additional amounts, if any, will cease to accrue.

The redemption is conditional upon the company receiving the necessary funds to redeem the notes in full and pay all related expenses on or prior to the redemption date.

The company will provide confirmation or revocation of the notice to the trustee, paying agent and the holders one day prior to the redemption date.

If the notice is rescinded, all notes will be returned to the noteholders.

U.S. Bank Trustees Ltd. is the trustee and security agent.

Elavon Financial Services DAC, UK Branch is the paying agent, transfer agent and calculation agent.

Elavon Financial Services DAC is the registrar.
