BofA to redeem $2.25 billion of notes from two series due 2023

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 4 – Bank of America Corp. announced it will redeem all outstanding $1.5 billion 3.124% fixed/floating senior notes (Cusip: 06051GGE3) and all outstanding $750 million floating-rate senior notes (Cusip: 06051GGH6), according to a press release on Tuesday.

Both series, due January 2023, will be redeemed on Jan. 20 at par plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and paying agent.

The financial services company is based in Charlotte, N.C.
