Peru’s Minsur will redeem 6¼% notes due 2024 at 110.29

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 29 – Minsur SA announced it will redeem its 6¼% notes due 2024 (Cusips: 60447KAA8, P6811TAA3) on Dec. 30 with a make-whole premium of Treasuries plus 50 basis points for a redemption price of $1,102.90 per $1,000 principal amount, according to a notice.
Minsur announced the redemption on Nov. 29 and the redemption price on Dec. 27.
The company will also pay interest to the redemption date in a total amount of $3,474,428.30.
Notes should be surrendered to the paying agent, Citibank, NA.
Minsur is a mining company based in Lima, Peru.
