U.S. Bancorp, U.S. Bank to redeem notes from four series

Concord, N.H., Dec. 10 – U.S. Bancorp announced it is redeeming all of its outstanding 2.625% medium-term notes, series V (senior) due Jan. 24, 2022 (Cusip: 91159HHP8) and floating rate medium-term notes, series V (senior), due Jan. 24, 2022 (Cusip: 91159HHQ6).

The redemption price for each of the medium-term notes will be equal to $1,000 per $1,000 original principal amount, plus accrued interest to, but excluding, the Dec. 23 redemption date, according to a press release.

U.S. Bank NA announced it is redeeming all of its outstanding 1.8% callable senior notes due Jan. 21, 2022 (Cusip: 90331HPJ6) and floating-rate callable senior notes due Jan. 21, 2022 (Cusip: 90331HPK3).

The redemption price for each of the senior notes will be equal to $1,000 per $1,000 original principal amount, plus any accrued interest to, but excluding, the Dec. 21 redemption date.

Payment of the redemption price for all of the notes will be made through the facilities of the Depository Trust Co.
