CSI’s Estate Sky buys back $8.22 million of 5¾% senior perpetuals

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 7 – CSI Properties Ltd. subsidiary Estate Sky Ltd. repurchased $8.22 million of its $200 million 5¾% senior perpetual capital securities on Dec. 6, according to a company announcement.

The perpetuals were repurchased through on-market transactions at an average price of 98.39.

The original issue on Sept. 20, 2017 was for a total of $200 million, which becomes callable in 2022.

After cancellation of the repurchased notes, the outstanding principal amount is $163.9 million.

CSI is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. Subsidiary Estate Sky is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
