Newtek Business to redeem $40 million 5.75% notes on Dec. 29

Chicago, Nov. 29 – Newtek Business Services Corp. will redeem $40 million of the $78.4 million principal amount outstanding 5.75% notes due 2024 (Cusip: 652526609), according to a N-23C-2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 29.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

The notes trade on the Nasdaq as “NWETL.”
