China’s Dangdai repurchases $52.71 million 9% senior notes due 2022

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 23 – Dangdai International Investments Ltd. repurchased $52,706,000 of its 9% senior notes due 2022 guaranteed by Wuhan Dangdai Science & Technology Industries (Group) Co. Ltd., according to a company announcement.

The amount repurchased represents 40.86% of the notes outstanding.

The repurchased notes have not been canceled, and $76,294,000 of the notes remain outstanding.

Based in Wuhan, China, Dangdai is a conglomerate with a substantial medical and pharmaceutical portfolio.
