MDC to redeem all $126.27 million 5½% notes due 2024 on Dec. 23

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 23 – MDC Holdings, Inc. will redeem all $126,268,000 outstanding of its 5½% senior notes due January 2024 (Cusip: 552676AR9) on Dec. 23, according to a press release on Tuesday.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus a make-whole premium plus accrued interest. The redemption will be funded from available cash balances of the company.

The homebuilding and financial services company is based in Denver.
