Commonwealth Bank of Australia calls zero-coupon notes due 2046

Los Angeles, Nov. 16 – Commonwealth Bank of Australia issued a notice of redemption for its $60 million zero-coupon callable notes due Nov. 29, 2046 (ISIN: XS1523186697).

The issuer will redeem all of the notes on Nov. 29 at the optional redemption amount of $1,223,982.11 per calculation amount of notes.

The notes were issued under the Sydney, Australia-based bank’s $70 billion euro medium-term note program.
