Lloyds Bank to redeem $750 million perpetual floaters on Dec. 29

Concord, N.H., Nov. 12 – Lloyds Bank plc will redeem $750 million of perpetual floating-rate notes (ISIN: GB0005224307) on Dec. 29, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

The series 1 notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Lloyds is a bank and financial services group based in London.
