Mime Petroleum calls all NOK 300 million remaining notes due 2025

Chicago, Nov. 10 – Mime Petroleum AS will redeem all NOK 300 million remaining senior notes due Feb. 18, 2025 on Nov. 24, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at 108.2262 plus interest.

The record date is Nov. 22.

Nordic Trustee AS is the trustee.

The issuer is an Oslo-based hydrocarbon development and production company.
