AIG to redeem 5.6% debentures due 2097 issued by SunAmerica

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 8 – American International Group, Inc. plans to fully redeem the $2,124,000 outstanding 5.6% debentures due July 31, 2097 (Cusip: 866930AG5) originally issued by SunAmerica, Inc. on Dec. 8, according to a news release.

The debentures will be redeemed at an amount determined in accordance with the indenture plus interest.

AIG is a New York-based insurance provider.
