Boyd Gaming to partially redeem 8 5/8% notes due 2025

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 5 – Boyd Gaming Corp. issued a partial redemption notice for $300 million of its 8 5/8% senior notes due 2025 (Cusips: 103304BS9, U1022EAE8), according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Funding for the Nov. 15 redemption will come from cash on hand.

Pricing will be calculated using the formula in the indenture governing the notes.

Boyd Gaming is a Las Vegas-based gaming and hospitality company.
