Jollibee tallies $203.53 million total tenders of perpetuals

Los Angeles, Nov. 5 – Philippines-based Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corp., announced that holders had tendered a total of $203,534,000 of its $600 million guaranteed senior perpetual capital securities (ISIN: XS2099563228) as of noon ET on Nov. 3, the expiration of its cash tender offer for up to $250 million of the securities.

The total amount tendered includes $400,000 of securities tendered after the early tender time at noon ET on Oct. 18.

All of the tendered notes have been accepted for purchase.

As announced on Oct. 4, Jollibee offered $1,016.25 per $1,000 note tendered by the early deadline. Holders who tendered their notes after the early deadline will receive par.

Investors will also receive accrued distributions to the relevant settlement date.

The early settlement date was Oct. 21, and final settlement is planned for Nov. 8.

After settlement, $396,466,000 of the notes will remain outstanding.
