Comcast plans to redeem $2 billion of 3.1%, 3.6% notes due 2024, 2025

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 3 – Comcast Corp. will redeem its $800 million of 3.1% notes due 2025 and its $1.2 billion of 3.6% notes due 2024 in full on Dec. 3, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption prices will be calculated according to the indenture governing the notes and will include accrued interest.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Comcast is a media and technology company based in Philadelphia.
