Southwestern Electric calls $275 million 3.55% notes due 2022

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 3 – Southwestern Electric Power Co. will fully redeem its $275 million of 3.55% series I senior notes due 2022 at par of $100 plus accrued interest on Dec. 3, according to a news release.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the redemption agent and trustee.

Southwestern Electric Power is a Columbus, Ohio-based electric power company. It is a subsidiary of American Electric Power.
