Ronshine China repurchases $23.45 million more notes due 2021, 2022

Chicago, Nov. 2 – Ronshine China Holdings Ltd. has repurchased an additional $23.45 million of notes from three series, the company announced.

Ronshine bought $7.35 million of the 5¼% notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS2268326456). The company has now purchased $13.45 million of the notes.

The property developer also bought $2.5 million of the 5½% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS2294472548), the first repurchase on that series.

Additionally, Ronshine bought $13.6 million of the 10½% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1957481440).

The repurchases were made on the open market from Oct. 20 to Nov. 2.

The notes may or may not be canceled.

Ronshine is based in Fuzhou, China.
