Dell Technologies’ EMC redeems $1 billion 3.375% notes due 2023

Los Angeles, Nov. 1 – Dell Technologies Inc.’s EMC Corp. subsidiary completed the redemption in full of its $1 billion of outstanding 3.375% notes due 2023 at a make-whole price plus accrued interest, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The computer and software company is based in Round Rock, Tex.
