DaFa Properties buyback leaves 65.9% of 9.95% notes outstanding

Chicago, Oct. 29 – China’s DaFa Properties Group Ltd. partially repurchased and canceled notes from its 9.95% senior notes series due in January 2022, according to an announcement.

The company bought $95.5 million of the notes on Oct. 29, or 34.1% of the aggregate principal amount of notes originally issued.

After the buyback, there will be $184.5 million, or 65.9%, of the original issue outstanding.

DaFa is a real estate developer based in Shanghai.
