Mapletree Logistics calls S$250 million 4.18% perpetual securities

Concord, N.H., Oct. 26 – Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. issued a notice of redemption on behalf of HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd. as trustee for its S$250 million 4.18% perpetual securities (ISIN: SG72D0000009), according to a company release.

The issuer is manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust.

The notes will be redeemed via their early call option at par plus accrued distributions to the Nov. 25 redemption date.

Mapletree is a Singapore-based real estate company.
