Landsea Green Properties repurchases $72 million green notes due 2022

Concord, N.H., Oct. 20 – Landsea Green Group Co., Ltd. repurchased $72 million of its $200 million 10½% green senior notes due 2022 and $200 million 10¾% green notes due 2022, according to a notice.

The outstanding amount of these notes is now $328 million.

The purpose of the repurchases is to optimize its financial structure, the company said.

Landsea is a Nanjing, China-based investment holding company focused on property development, securities trading and financial services.
