Burger King France calls 6% notes due 2024, floaters due 2023

Los Angeles, Oct. 19 – Burger King France SAS issued a conditional notice of redemption for its €315 million 6% senior secured notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1600514696, XS1600477399) and its €250 million senior secured floating-rate notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS1600481821, XS1600512641).
The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 2.
The redemption price is 101.5 for the 6% notes and par for the floaters, plus in each case accrued interest.
The redemption is conditioned on the company completing a refinancing providing sufficient funds to pay for the redemption.
Citibank, NA, London Branch is the paying agent.
The fast-food restaurant chain operator is based Paris.
