Fosun’s Fortune Star launches tender offer for 2022, 2023 notes

Chicago, Oct. 12 – Fortune Star (BVI) Ltd., a unit of Fosun International Ltd., is offering to purchase up to $200 million of its $813,627,000 outstanding 5¼% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1581103428) and up to €50 million of its €400 million outstanding 4.35% senior notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS2066225124), according to a notice.

Fortune Star is offering to pay $1,007.50 per $1,000 note for the 2022 notes and €1,000 per €1,000 note for the 2023 notes.

Interest will also be paid to the settlement date.

Tenders may be prorated if noteholders tender more notes than the maximum amount that will be accepted for each series.

The offers expire at 11 a.m. ET on Oct. 21.

Settlement is expected for Oct. 25.

Funds for the tender offers will come from working capital.
