Gabelli Dividend will call series G preferreds in next three months

Chicago, Oct. 4 – Gabelli Dividend & Income Trust will call either all or some of the fund’s outstanding series G preferred shares in the next three months, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The series G preferreds will be repurchased with the proceeds of a new offering of series K cumulative preferred shares.

Gabelli is a Rye, N.Y.-based investment firm.
