Banco de Credito Social Cooperativo to fully redeem 2026 notes early

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 30 – Banco de Credito Social Cooperativo SA has announced it will redeem in full its €100 million fixed-rate reset subordinated notes (ISIN: XS1512736379) due Nov. 3, 2026 on Nov. 3, according to a company release.

The notes are being redeemed based on the issuer’s call option at the first reset date.

The redemption will be at par plus any accrued interest to the redemption date.

Following the redemption, all the notes will be canceled.

The issuer is a Madrid, Spain-based bank.
