Estonia’s Luminor Bank AS announces results of offer for 1 3/8% notes

Chicago, Sept. 27 – Estonia’s Luminor Bank AS gave the results of its tender offer for any and all of its €300 million 1 3/8% notes due October 2022 (ISIN: XS2013518472) in an announcement.

The bank received, and will accept, €228,544,000 of the notes for purchase.

The bank is paying 101.754 for the notes, plus interest.

The offer expired at 1 p.m. ET on Sept. 20.

After settlement on Sept. 23, the amount of notes outstanding is €71,456,000.

The offer was subject to a new financing condition.

The bank is based in Tallinn.
