MasterCard plans to redeem its 2% notes due 2021 on Oct. 21

Concord, N.H., Sept. 21 – MasterCard Inc. plans to redeem all of its outstanding 2% notes due 2021 on Oct. 21, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price will be par.

MasterCard is a Purchase, N.Y., global payment solutions company.
