Aboitiz Power early redeems PHP 3.4 billion series B bonds due 2026

Los Angeles, Sept. 14 – Aboitiz Power Corp. confirmed the full payment of its series B bonds due 2026, totaling PHP 3.4 billion, on Sept. 10, according to a 17-C filing with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission.

Philippine Depository & Trust Corp. was the paying agent.

The Taguig City, Philippines-based power generation company originally issued the 12-year bonds in 2014.

Aboitiz Power is a subsidiary of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc.
