Japan Tobacco announces 2.8%, 3.5% notes to be redeemed on Oct. 15

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 14 – Japan Tobacco Inc. announced a call for all outstanding of its $500 million of 2.8% senior notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS1394761073) and all of the outstanding $525 million 3.5% guaranteed notes due 2023 issued by JT International Financial Services BV (ISIN: XS1883352681), according to a notice on Tuesday.

Each series will be redeemed on Oct. 15 at a make-whole redemption amount.

The cigarette maker is based in Tokyo.
