China’s Fantasia makes 13th buyback in open-market repurchases

Chicago, Sept. 10 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. announced its most recent repurchase of notes totaling $3 million from the open market, according to an announcement.

The company repurchased $1.5 million of the outstanding 15% December 2021 notes and $1.5 million of the outstanding June 2023 notes.

The company said it plans to keep repurchasing notes depending on market conditions.

Fantasia is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
