Singapore’s Oxley starts tender offer for S$150 million 5.7% notes
Chicago, Sept. 8 – Oxley Holdings Ltd. started a tender offer for the S$150 million 5.7% notes due 2022 (ISIN: SG7MB0000006) issued by Oxley Mtn Pte. Ltd., according to an announcement.
Oxley is offering to purchase the notes at par, plus interest to the settlement date.
Funding for the tender offer will come from new notes that will be part of a reopening of the 6.9% notes due 2024.
Holders of the notes involved in the tender offer will be given priority in the new notes offering.

The offer expires at midnight ET on Sept. 21.
