Dedicated bank loan funds see $109 million Friday inflows

Portland, Ore., Sept. 8 – The dedicated bank loan funds saw $109 million of net daily inflows on Friday, the most recent session for which data was available at press time, according to a market source.

Bank loan ETFs saw $81 million of inflows on the day.

Actively managed bank loan funds saw $28 million of inflows on Friday, the source said.

The combined bank loan funds saw $722 million of net inflows in the most recent week, which concluded with the Sept. 1 close, their biggest weekly inflow in 12 weeks, according to the market source.

The loan funds saw $5 billion of net inflows for the third quarter, following $13.6 billion of net inflows in the second quarter and $14.1 billion in the first quarter, the source added.
