Fantasia repurchases $6 million and then another $5.5 million of notes

Chicago, Sept. 7 – China’s Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd., continuing its pattern of other recent buybacks, has repurchased an additional $6 million of its notes and then another $5.5 million of notes, according to multiple announcements.

Fantasia repurchased in the open market $500,000 of its 15% December 2021 notes, $1 million of the outstanding April 2022 notes, $2.5 million of the October 2022 notes, $1 million of the outstanding January 2023 notes and $1 million of the outstanding June 2023 notes. The repurchases add up to $6 million.

The company also repurchased $3 million of the outstanding October 2021 notes, $500,000 of the outstanding 6.95% December 2021 notes, $500,000 of the outstanding 15% December 2021 notes, $500,000 of the outstanding January 2023 notes and $1 million of the outstanding June 2023 notes. The repurchases total $5.5 million.

The repurchased notes will be canceled.

The company said it plans to keep repurchasing notes depending on market conditions.
