Discover to redeem outstanding 3.75% notes due 2027 on Sept. 15

Concord, N.H., Sept. 3 – Discover Financial Services plans to redeem in full its 3.75% notes due Sept. 15, 2027 (Cusip: 25472CDA4) on Sept. 15, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The $8.97 million outstanding principal amount will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

Discover Financial Services is a Riverwoods, Ill.-based direct banking and payment services company.
