Central 1 Credit Union to redeem its C$200 million notes due 2026

Chicago, Aug. 26 – Central 1 Credit Union will redeem its C$200 million of outstanding series 6 subordinated notes due Oct. 14, 2026, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date of Oct. 14.

The redemption date is the first date the notes are callable at the company’s option.

Vancouver, B.C.-based Central 1 Credit Union is the central financial facility and trade association for the credit unions in British Columbia and Ontario.
