Minor International redeems all remaining perpetual securities

Chicago, Aug. 24 – Minor International PCL has redeemed all of its guaranteed senior perpetual securities (ISIN: XS1912662183) on Aug. 21, according to an announcement.

There were $7.22 million of the senior secured securities remaining after a recent tender offer which had been previously reported.

Based in Bangkok, Minor is a multinational corporation that focuses on hospitality, restaurants and lifestyle distribution.
