Hewlett Packard sends redemption notices for two 2021 note series

Chicago, Aug. 23 – Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. announced that it will redeem all $500 million outstanding 3.5% notes due 2021 (Cusip: 42824CBC2) and all $800 million of its outstanding floating-rate notes due 2021 (Cusip: 42824CBB4), according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

All of the notes will be redeemed at par on Sept. 7.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA, as trustee, is distributing notices of redemption to all registered holders of the notes.

The technology company is based in Houston.
