CSN Islands XII calls all 7% guaranteed perpetual notes at par

Los Angeles, Aug. 17 – CSN Islands XII Corp. issued a notice of full redemption for its 7% perpetual notes (Cusip: 12644XAA2, G2585XAA7) guaranteed by Companhia Siderurgica Nacional.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 23 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and paying agent.

CSN is a steel producer based in Rio de Janeiro.
