Regions Financial to redeem 3.8% notes due 2023 on Aug. 23

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 12 – Regions Financial Corp. called its outstanding 3.8% senior notes due Aug. 14, 2023 for redemption in full on Aug. 23, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed using proceeds from an offering of new notes at a price to be calculated in accordance with the note indenture plus accrued interest.

Regions is a Birmingham, Ala.-based financial holding company.
